A Destination Management Company
for Global Brand Experiences

INCENTIVE TRAVEL AND REWARD PROGRAMS

Designed for the people who earned it and the HR team that promised them something exceptional.

The Right Incentive Program Does Not Just Reward Performance. It Raises the Bar for What Your Team Believes Is Possible

Your top performers earned this. They expect it to feel like it. And your HR team – already stretched across culture programs, retention initiatives, and the daily operational demands of a global workforce – should not be spending the months before an incentive trip managing hotel blocks, ground transfers, and vendor contracts.

As a full-service destination management company with 22 years of global program experience, we design and manage corporate incentive travel programs and employee reward experiences for Fortune 500 companies that want more than a group vacation. We build programs that your top performers carry back into their work – experiences that set the standard for what it means to win at your company.

Be a Guest at Your Own Incentive Program
While It Works Harder for Your Culture Than Any Trip You've Run

Our 360+1 model means every detail of the program – destination selection, hotel negotiations, ground logistics, group activities, recognition moments, and every contingency in between – is owned by our team. The +1 is the dedicated person on the ground whose only job is making sure your top performers and your HR lead experience the program as guests, not coordinators. The people who earned this trip feel it from the moment they arrive. And the business feels it when they return energized, loyal, and performing.

The Difference Between a Group Trip and an Experience People Talk About for Years

Vibe Agency was founded by Valerie Bihet, who built her early career managing destination experiences for Disneyland Paris and Club Med Paris – two organizations where the guest experience was not a feature, it was the entire product. Every touchpoint was designed, not improvised. She brought that philosophy to Miami when she founded VIBE in 2004. We do not book incentive trips. We design experiences with the rigor and care of someone who learned what that standard actually means.

We Learn Your Culture Before We Design Your Program

An incentive trip that feels generic is worse than no incentive trip at all. Before we propose a destination or a single activity, we understand what your company values, what your top performers care about, and what the recognition moment needs to feel like to land with the people who earned it. We do not offer a catalogue of options. We build a program calibrated to your culture.

One Destination Management Company. Every Program Your Company Runs

If your organization manages multiple incentive programs across divisions or regions, consolidating to a single destination management company partner reduces procurement overhead, creates consistent contracting, and gives your CFO visibility into total program spend. We work within enterprise procurement frameworks and are MSA-ready. One approved partner. Every destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a destination management company? +

A destination management company (DMC) is a local or regional expert that plans, organizes, and manages all logistical and experiential elements of a corporate program in a specific destination. Where a general event agency manages the event itself, a DMC provides the on-the-ground infrastructure: venue sourcing, ground transportation, hotel negotiations, group activities, local vendor relationships, permitting, and on-site coordination. VIBE operates as a full-service DMC across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, combining destination expertise with full event production capability under one partner.

Why hire a destination management company instead of planning in-house? +

Three reasons: local knowledge, vendor relationships, and operational accountability. A destination management company has done this before in the specific city or country you are going to. They know which hotels negotiate, which venues have hidden costs, which local vendors perform under pressure, and which activities actually land with corporate groups. Planning incentive travel in-house without that infrastructure means paying more, getting less, and absorbing all the operational risk yourself. A DMC takes ownership of every moving part, so your HR team focuses on the strategic agenda, not the logistics.

What areas does your destination management company serve? +

We produce incentive travel programs and destination management services across the continental U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. Our strongest markets include Miami, New York, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Chicago, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Italy, France, Portugal, and Spain. We maintain active vendor networks in each of these markets through our 350-plus partner relationships. If your destination of interest is not listed, ask us. Coverage is rarely the constraint.

How far in advance should we book DMC services? +

For international incentive programs, 9 to 12 months is the standard. Premium resort inventory at top destinations moves fast, and the best group rates require early commitment. For domestic programs, 4 to 6 months is typically sufficient. If you are inheriting a program mid-cycle or working with a compressed timeline, contact us. We can assess quickly what is achievable and what needs to flex. The earlier we are engaged, the more options we can put in front of you.

What is included in destination management fees? +

Our destination management fees cover program design and consultation, destination and hotel sourcing, venue negotiation and contracting, ground transportation management, group activity planning and coordination, recognition event production, dining experience sourcing, attendee communications support, on-site program management, and post-program reporting. We work on a project fee basis, not a percentage of total spend, so our fee does not grow simply because your hotel rate goes up. You receive a detailed, line-item proposal at the outset so there are no surprises in the final accounting.
